Warehouse Overdevelopment
After a decade of pressure, Democratic leaders are finally fixing Florence's truck-choked intersections. This progress proves advocacy works — but we need neighbors at the table to keep it going.
This seat has been empty. No one else stepped up.
Help change that →57% of renters here spend more than they can afford on housing.
And for years, no one on the Democratic Committee has fought for them.
This seat sat empty. I stepped up to fill it.

U.S. Census data tells the story: 57% of renters in Ward 3, District 2 are cost-burdened — paying more than 30% of their income just to keep a roof over their heads. Nearly 1 in 3 families pays half their income on rent. That's the math of impossible choices: rent or groceries, rent or healthcare, rent or everything else.
Meanwhile, the Burlington County Democratic Committee seat for our district has sat vacant for years. Election after election, nobody has filed to run. While our neighborhood has been dealing with warehouse overdevelopment, rising costs, and federal budget cuts threatening healthcare and food assistance — there has been no local voice inside the party speaking up for us. Year after year, someone else has made the decisions for Ward 3, District 2.
But here's the good news: Democratic leaders are starting to deliver. After nearly a decade of pressure, Burlington County just announced a major fix for Florence's truck-choked intersections. That's what happens when we show up and fight.
I am running as a write-in candidate to fill that vacant seat — because the 57% of cost-burdened families deserve someone at the table.

New Jersey has the highest property taxes in the nation. Florence Township passed Resolution 2025-110 demanding Trenton restore diverted energy tax revenue that belongs to us.
Federal budget cuts threaten $36 billion from New Jersey's Medicaid and food assistance for 800,000 families. Hands off Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid.
